A fish that is blown by the wind, with lights on the tail. It’s spring-loaded so that it always centers itself when the wind dies down. My goal was to break the plane of the guardrail and carry your attention beyond the limits of the balcony. The graphite rods are a maximum of 6′ long. They screw into fittings at the tail and the nose, and are captured by spring loaded quick-release levers at the center of the body. It can be rotated manually and locked in place if necessary or easily disassembled in the case of gale-force winds.
